How does nitrogen preserve wine?
Nitrogen preservation protects the wine and prevents it from coming into contact with air (oxygen), thereby preventing the wine from oxidising and spoiling. An odourless, inert gas, the action of nitrogen enables you to preserve your wines and their aromas for several days.
Compatibility of CA01 pack of 5 nitrogen cartridges
Compatible with the La Sommelière CV2T and the DVV2, a wine dispenser used extensively in the commercial sector (events, restaurants, bars, etc.), these nitrogen cartridges bring an end to waste and let you serve and sample a wine with delicate aromas, even if it was opened and served the previous day.
Service life of CA01 nitrogen cartridges
With a 25g nitrogen cartridge, you can serve up to four 75cl bottles on average.
