Specifically designed to facilitate wine-by-the-glass service in professional settings, the DVV22 La Sommelière wine dispenser also helps preserve wine for a longer period and reduce waste from opened bottles.
How does the DVV22 La Sommelière dispenser work?
This 3-in-1 wine dispenser is perfect for keeping two bottles chilled, preserving the wine, and serving it elegantly without having to remove the bottles. Discover the DVV22, and you won’t be able to do without it.
DVV22 operation from a technical perspective
The DVV22 operates using a nitrogen pressure system. This inert, odorless, and non-toxic gas enables long-term wine preservation. The nitrogen injected into the bottle creates a protective barrier on the wine’s surface, preventing contact with air and significantly delaying oxidation.
The compatible nitrogen cartridge (ref. CA06) is very easy to install at the back of the device. Each 0.30L nitrogen cartridge allows for the serving of approximately 20 bottles of 75cl. When purchased, the DVV22 comes with two nitrogen cartridges.
As an electric appliance, the DVV22 wine dispenser operates with fan-assisted cooling.
DVV22 dispenser: easy to use for professionals
From a user perspective, its operation is very simple. Wine-by-the-glass service is provided by continuous button pressure or a dosing system. Note: The stoppers are adjustable according to the height of your bottles.
